The Kogelalm storage pond of Snow Space Salzburg Bergbahnen AG was constructed in 1997 and 1998. In 2017, the reservoir responsibility was taken over by us. In the course of annual inspections, the functionality of the main system components is checked and the cut slope, the dam and the foreland are visually inspected. The knowledge gained from the inspections is recorded in a document and subsequently, together with further data of the reservoir (hydrographs of drainage water and reservoir level, interpretation of geotechnical measurement results, repair and maintenance work carried out, etc.), is prepared as an annual report in accordance with the specifications of the Province of Salzburg.
