Career at GDP

Challenging projects and questions can be handled and successfully mastered in our interdisciplinary team. The different fields of geology, geotechnics and structural engineering are seamlessly intertwined and our collegial teamwork in the office also enables an easy and quick exchange even among the individual locations in Austria. The low fluctuation in our office is also a sign of the pleasant working atmosphere and employee satisfaction.

I have been working at GDP for a long time and appreciate the wide range of services we cover. This results in diverse fields of activity and a very varied everyday working life. I also find the good working atmosphere and the good cooperation between all departments and divisions very positive. As a mother of two small children, I appreciate the possibility of flexible working hours and partial work in the home office.

I have been employed at GDP ZT GmbH since an internship in 2018. The high degree of flexibility made it possible for me to gain practical experience in the office while still studying. For me, this also results in a significant relief with regard to the compatibility of family, work and leisure. The work in the office is characterized by respectful, collegial interaction with each other and lively internal exchange when working on the complex projects.
