Preparation of expert evaluation reports for all our fields of expertise.
- Evaluation of subsoil investigations as well as building component tests

- Evaluation of the existing soil or excavation classes
- Specification of suitable excavation and foundation methods
- Specification of soil properties for the structural engineer
- Information on the seepage capacity of the existing subsoil
- Assessment of the condition and load-bearing capacity of structural elements (foundations, walls, ceilings, etc.)
- Indication of suitable repair measures
Why does a builder-promoter need a subsoil expertise?
The subsoil and the associated subsoil risk, which the client has to bear in most cases, are described in detail and are therefore known. Thus, possible risks as well as negative surprises can be recognized at an early stage and appropriate measures can be taken.
The subsoil expertise is often required by the authorities for obtaining the building permit.
Our tip
Always have a geotechnical report drawn up before buying land or starting a building project, and take the instructions it contains seriously. This way you can avoid unpleasant surprises. The costs of an expert opinion are very low compared to the possible negative effects (disturbed construction process, cost overruns, damage to your and your neighbor’s building, etc.).
PS.: How do you go about buying a car? You probably also obtain all available information before signing the purchase contract, e.g. type description, purchase inspection, test drive, etc.
Do the same with your building project! Inform yourself!
